BACKGROUND & DEVELOPMENT

Tintas em Pó was established by Celcius Refrigeration owner Paul da Silva, when he became convinced that he could launch a company to improve upon the available powder coating and sandblasting services in the industry in terms of service, quality and price.

From very humble beginnings as a division of another company, Tintas em Pó has expanded as an independent business to attain status as the refrigeration powder coating specialists, with six full-time staff on the books. It is a reflection of our exceptional work that an increasing number of clients request our services due to excellent reviews and referrals from previous clients.

We are in the process of pushing the expansion of our business as a whole, which will allow us to cater for an ever-increasing refrigeration market.

Celcius Refrigeration used powder coating on a daily basis, and had its own in-house powder coating facility that became an important part of the company’s success.

The dedicated powder coating facility sped up the delivery of refurbished cabinets for Celcius, and the company recognised the value of providing these services to the wider refrigeration industry, and so, an independent powder coating and sandblasting company was formed, with Mr Da Silva leading both companies forward successfully.
